Shipping Destinations

Moon Girl delivers orders throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. International shipping is available to selected countries only.

Order Processing

Orders for ready-to-wear products are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Orders for on-demand (Tafseel) products require 1–5 business days for processing before dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or official public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Within Saudi Arabia: 1–5 business days.
• International Orders (Selected Countries): 7–15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Orders with a value of SAR 299 or above qualify for free standard shipping within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Moon Girl shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

If delivery cannot be completed due to the customer's unavailability or incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographs of the product to assist in processing your request.
