Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

• Products may be exchanged within 5 days from the date of delivery.
• Exchange service is available within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
• Products must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.
• Customers are responsible for the exchange shipping charge of SAR 28.
• Products purchased during sales or promotions marked as Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable cannot be exchanged.
• Customised products cannot be exchanged.
• Moon Girl will bear all exchange and shipping charges only if:
  • The product has a manufacturing defect; or
  • An incorrect product was delivered by Moon Girl.

Return Policy

  • The product has a manufacturing defect; or
  • An incorrect product was delivered by Moon Girl.
• Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

To request a return, please contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp and provide:

• Order Number
• Customer Name
• Reason for the return
• Photos of the product (if applicable)

Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process.
